In Chablis, the Cistercian monks would be proud to see that their historic cellar at Petit Pontigny remains entirely dedicated to showcasing the Burgundy vineyard and its wines.

 

Nearly ten centuries of history accompany you within this intimate historic building, carefully renovated and complemented by a contemporary extension that blends seamlessly with the warm ambiance of the garden.

The Cité des Climats et vins de Bourgogne in Chablis highlights the vineyards of northern Burgundy: Chablisien, Grand Auxerrois (including the vineyards of Auxerrois, Tonnerrois, Vézelien, and Jovinien), and Châtillonnais take center stage.

 

The scenographic journey focuses on this part of Burgundy and the unique Climats that define it.
