In Chablis, discover, stroll, and taste Burgundy through our program of adult activities. At the heart of the vineyard and its capital, it is at the Cité des Climats et des Vins de Chablis that you will always find something to do, whether it’s events, wine bars, or scheduled activities.
A Visit Tour Inside a Historic Monument, the Petit Pontigny.
Through a series of interactive stations, divided into three main sequences, the tour invites you on a true multisensory journey into the world of wine, discovering the rich vineyards of Chablis, Auxerrois, Tonnerrois, Jovinien, Vézelien, and Châtillonnais.
Along the way, you’ll hear stories, interact with multimedia displays, explore a palette of aromas, and learn about wine tasting. All your senses will be awakened as you encounter, discover, and understand this unique wine culture, which is over 2,000 years old.
Each visit concludes with an introduction to wine tasting (or grape juice), featuring a selection from the many Burgundy appellations.

Wine Bar in Chablis “Le Ponti’Bar”
A dining space welcomes you at the heart of the historic building of the Cité in Chablis. Let yourself be charmed by the authentic atmosphere of this former monastic cellar, the Petit Pontigny.
Head to the Ponti’Bar to enjoy a glass of wine or a meal. You can even relax on the terrace and admire the view of the Jardin Serein.
