From the wild vine to the viine of the future. Pierre Galet, visionary ampelographe
On 4, 5 and 6 July respectively in Mâcon, Beaune and Chablis, the Cité des Climats et vins de Bourgogne will be screening a preview of the Clotide Verriès’ documentary « From the wild vine to the vine of the future. Pierre Galet, visionary ampelographer ».
The director will be present at these 3 screenings, all of which will be followed by a round-table discussion on various subjects :
- In Mâcon : Ampelography, plant observation and recognition
- In Beaune : Yesterday’s challenges, today’s challenges, the same science at the service of winegrowers
- In Chablis : Memory and transmission
Each evenig will end with a friendly drinks.
