Les Fondamentales often take place on a Saturday. A half-day introduction to the fascinating world of Burgundy wines, with glass in hand, to learn tasting methodology.
Learn to look, smell and taste Burgundy white and red wines, and identify their aromas. Storage, serving and food pairing are also covered.
By the end of this morning, you'll be more at ease in front of a glass of Burgundy and will be able to find the right words to comment on the wines and share your impressions.
This course is open to anyone with no prior knowledge of the wine world, Burgundy wines or wine tasting.
