The gourmet tour takes place on Saturdays. A 2-hour introduction to the fascinating world of Burgundy wines, with glass in hand, you’ll learn how to taste and discover the Burgundy vineyards.
Learn to look, smell and identify their aromas.

Make the most of the summer with a walk and tasting in the Côte de Beaune, with a tasting stop in the heart of the vineyards. For 2 hours, you’ll wander through the vineyards of Beaune and Beaune 1er Cru, glass in hand.

This course is open to anyone with no prior knowledge of the world of wine, Burgundy wines or wine tasting.

– Tasting methodology and techniques (visual, olfactory and gustatory aspects)
– The main organoleptic characteristics of Burgundy wines
– Illustrated by a commented tasting of 3 Burgundy wines
